It's a gazette for Esperanto-related news items.

  • body { font-size: 69% } then later font-size: 110%

  • <table> is used for layout.

  • The <table>'s three columns make it hard to fit narrower windows.

  • Too much navigation and repeated information on every page.

This might be the result of using default styles of a Content Management System. I'm wary of such HTML-generating code, as the casual user might assume that the default mark-up and style are already okay.
